If you have permissions for user administration in Knowledgeworker Create, use this article to find out how to add additional users who should only temporarily contribute to learning content.
Limit user account validity
- Navigate to Administration > Users and find the user account that should be limited.
- You can set both a start and end date independently.
- Set a start date for validity: Click on the calendar icon in the Account is valid from field to select a date and check the checkbox.
- Set the expiration date of the user account: Click on the calendar icon in the Account is valid to field to select a date and check the checkbox.
- Save the changes to the user account by clicking Save.
Remove time limitations for user accounts
You can remove the time limitation of a user account by deleting the start or end date of the account validity.
- Navigate to Administration > Users and find the user account you want to edit.
- Uncheck the Account is valid from/to checkbox to delete the date.
- Save the account by clicking Save.
