Trust the browser

Modified on Mon, 11 Nov at 6:19 PM

In this article, you will learn how to save time when logging into the authoring tool Knowledgeworker Create by trusting your browser and extending the two-step verification for a longer period.

How does "trusting the browser" work?

When two-step verification is enabled, we ask for a verification code each time you log in. If you're the only one using the current browser, you can remember the verification for 30 days. You won’t need to verify your identity in a second step for that period and when using that browser.

  1. Log in to Knowledgeworker Create.
  2. Enable Trust this browser for 30 days to save two-step verification in the current browser for 30 days.

When you should not trust your browser

If you are not using your personal browser, you should not trust the browser. This applies in the following situations:

  • You are using a public computer.
  • You are temporarily using someone else’s computer.
  • You have logged in on a presentation computer.
