New users can be invited to Knowledgeworker Share using voucher codes. Each voucher can define a visually and contextually customized environment.
Presetting User Preferences with Voucher
The following settings can be configured when creating vouchers in Knowledgeworker Share. These settings take effect as soon as users successfully redeem the voucher.
| Design | Specifies the design of the homepage and the system's appearance for the redeeming user. |
| Audiences - Consume | Specifies which posts the redeeming user can view. |
| Audiences - Author | Specifies which posts the redeeming user can edit and manage. |
| User Groups | Enrols the redeeming user in user groups. Specific curriculums can be made available for these user groups. |
| Courses | Enrols the redeeming user in specific posts. |
Settings made for invited users cannot be modified retroactively for a voucher code. If you want to make changes, you can adjust invited user accounts at any time, such as assigning them to additional target groups.
Adjusting the Voucher's Own Settings
In addition to the settings for redeeming users, vouchers also offer settings for limiting the number and validity of the vouchers.
