Exporting Vouchers

If you want to use vouchers in large quantities, you can export the created vouchers for further processing in other programs. For example, vouchers can be used in mail merges.

Export vouchers as a CSV file

In the menu, select the cogwheel icon for settings and then Voucher Code Administration.
Use the filter settings to select the vouchers you want to export, e.g., by audience or only vouchers that have not yet been redeemed.
Start the search for matching vouchers by clicking on Search.
Then export the vouchers as a CSV file. There are two options available:
1. If you only want to export the voucher codes, select the button CSV Export Voucher Codes.
2. If you want to export the voucher codes and additional data such as name, description, validity, and redemption information, select the button CSV Export.
The web browser will then start downloading the CSV file, which you can save on your computer.
