Links with Integrated Voucher Codes

Modified on Thu, 17 Oct at 12:21 PM

Voucher codes can be redeemed fastest when users don’t have to enter them manually. With Knowledgeworker Share, you can transmit voucher codes directly within the link.

Here’s how to send links with voucher codes to your target audience members, e.g., via email: there are two options for redeeming a voucher, redeeming during registration as a new user or redeeming to expand an existing user account.

Link to register with a voucher code for new users

If you want to use voucher codes to invite new users to your Knowledgeworker Share, use the following direct link to the registration. The voucher code will already be pre-filled.

https://myKnowledgeworkerShare/?action=registration&voucher=Voucher-Code

Replace myKnowledgeworkerShare with the domain of your Knowledgeworker Share.

Replace Voucher-Code with the voucher code you’ve created.

Tip: Try out the link in your web browser afterward. If you see the registration page with the pre-filled voucher code, you have successfully created a registration link with a voucher code.

Link for existing users

If you want to use voucher codes to give users in your Knowledgeworker Share access to additional content, they can use the following link. The users will then receive a pre-filled form for redeeming the voucher.

https://myKnowledgeworkerShare/?action=voucherredeem&voucher=Voucher-Code

Replace myKnowledgeworkerShare with the domain of your Knowledgeworker Share.

Replace Voucher-Code with the voucher code you’ve created.

Tip: Try out the link in your web browser afterward. If you see the registration page with the pre-filled voucher code, you have successfully created a registration link with a voucher code.
