Knowledgeworker Coach offers a graphical visualization for the achieved scores per skill. With benchmarks you enable learners to even better self-assess their results.

Before you start

Skill benchmarks can be set for conversations that have skills enabled. Make sure you have selected a skill set in the settings.

Set a benchmark for a skill

1. Open the conversation and switch to the Preview.
2. Open the Evaluation tab.
3. Open the feedback section for the desired skill.
4. Specify the benchmark as a percentage value between 0 and 100 in the Benchmark field.

In the evaluation at the end of a conversation, learners receive a graphical marker for the benchmark. Learners can thus compare their own performance with the benchmark you have defined.
