Many languages differentiate between formal and informal address in everyday life. For an immersive learning experience, Knowledgeworker Coach supports these different variations. Learn here how to select formal or informal language for your scenario.

Set the language variant when creating a scenario

You can opt for informal language when creating a new conversation.

1. Open Knowledgeworker Coach.
2. Select Add scenario…
3. Determine your usual settings for the scenario.
   Select the desired language variant, e.g., German for formal address and German (informal) for informal address.

Change the language variant of an existing scenario

If you have already created a scenario, you can change the kind of address in the settings at any time.

1. Open the scenario.
2. In the Preview section, select the Settings tab (cogwheel icon).
3. Change the desired language variant, e.g., German for formal address and German (informal) for informal address.
