Translation in Knowledgeworker Coach
- Open a scenario that you want to translate.
- In the menu bar, select Translation > Duplicate or Create Language Version…
- Enter a translated title for the scenario and then select the desired target language.
- The scenario editor will open. Now, progressively translate all general information about the scenario, situations, and reactions.
Translation in a Translation Tool
- Open the scenario that you want to translate.
- In the menu bar, select Translation > Export Language File.
- Save the file to your computer.
- Translate the file:
- Open it in your translation program to translate it yourself, or
- Send the file to your translation agency and have the fully translated file returned by your service provider.
- Once you have the translated file, open the duplicated language version of the conversation in Knowledgeworker Coach and select Translation > Import Language File…
- Select the translated file on your computer and then choose Import.
