Issuing completion certificates

Modified on Thu, 13 Aug at 11:22 AM

For the successful completion of training posts and events, you can have Knowledgeworker Share issue learners a certificate automatically as proof. This article explains how and which options are available.

To have a certificate issued automatically to learners when they complete a post, enable the "Enable certificate printing" option when creating the post or editing it later.

After successful completion, the certificate is automatically emailed to learners as a PDF. The certificate is also available for download on the relevant post.

The certificates can be customized and integrated into your system on request. If multiple designs are available in the system, a separate certificate can be added for each design. Certificates can be provided in multiple languages.

By default, certificates contain the user name, post title, post description (if available), and completion date. The information on the certificate can also be adjusted on request. Please contact us at any time.
