In Knowledgeworker Create, you can import documents as a basis for creating your e-learning courses. Learn here how to proceed and what to consider for the optimal use of your content.
Start Document Import
The document import is possible via the option „Uploading a document“, which is part of the AI functions in Knowledgeworker Create. Here, you can upload a PDF or PowerPoint document. Please note the supported text volume! The texts contained in the document form the basis for course creation. You can choose how closely the course content should adhere to the original document:
- Stay close to original: When existing teaching materials and their structure should be adopted with minimal changes.
- Balanced: For a balanced mix of the original structure and creative adaptation.
- Freely and creatively: Transforms your documents into e-learning content that is didactically prepared, even if the source material was not originally intended for this purpose.

Guidelines for Optimal Use of Document Import
The import of a document exactly as is often makes little sense. The added value of importing via the AI function lies in preparing content to meet the requirements of an online course:
- Structure optimized for e-learning: Many documents are not designed for e-learning and contain structures or content that are not relevant for the course, such as a table of contents. The e-learning course is structured clearly and concisely, supporting comprehension and learning flow.
- Didactic optimization: Content is tailored to the specific requirements of e-learning, e.g., through clear learning objectives and didactic preparation.
- Possibility to add interactive elements: Traditional documents do not contain interactive features that are important for online courses, such as quizzes or interactive information displays.
