Motivate your learners by addressing them personally. Text fields of Knowledgeworker Create can now output the name of learners. In order to do so, the data is transferred directly from the LMS. This allows you to create a personalized learning experience with minimal effort.

How can I enable the learner name feature?

To enable the feature in Knowledgeworker Create, please contact our support. We will then enable the feature on your layout theme.

How do I insert the learner name?

You can insert the name in the text field by clicking a new button in the text field toolbar. Additionally, the name can also be included in the media asset confirmation question by entering "{learnername}".

How does the learner name retrieval work?

The data is transferred from the LMS via SCORM API. If the name is not to be displayed as transmitted from the LMS, we can perform the transformation for you. For example, if the name is provided by the LMS as "Doe, Jane", it can be transformed to "Jane Doe".
