Content language is not available

Modified on Wed, 25 Sep at 1:03 PM

Do you want to create content in a language that is not currently listed? Knowledgeworker Create offers a wide selection of languages. If your language is not listed, it may be due to a missing permission or the language is not yet known to Knowledgeworker Create.

Check and adjust language permissions

Content languages in Knowledgeworker Create can be unlocked through permissions. As an administrator, you assign permissions for languages in user management.

  1. Open Administration.
  2. Switch to the Search Users view and search for the account you want to edit.
  3. Select the action Edit User for the account.
  4. Switch to the Authorizations tab.
  5. Check the assignment of roles in the domains.
If the assignment is restricted to a language, the user account can only create content in that language in the respective domain. If No Restriction is selected, the user account has permission to create content in all languages. Make the necessary adjustments or add more permissions.
  6. Save any changes.

Add new languages

If Knowledgeworker Create does not offer your desired content language, the selection of languages can be expanded upon request.

Request a new language

Send us your desired language as a support request here in the chemmedia Helpdesk.

If you have a specific language variant, such as a corporate language or a dialect, please let us know the name of the language variant and, if available, the ISO 639 code. We will work with you to implement it as a content language in Knowledgeworker Create.
