Knowledgeworker Share procesa las notificaciones sucesivamente por lotes para evitar sobrecargar los servidores. En Administración > Notificaciones > Registro puedes consultar las notificaciones generadas y su estado de procesamiento en la columna Estado.
| Estado | Significado |
|---|---|
| Nueva | Se ha creado una tarea de envío y está esperando a ser procesada. |
| Enviada | La notificación se ha enviado sin errores por el canal definido. Esto no garantiza que haya llegado al destinatario. |
| Recibida | El usuario ha recibido la notificación, por ejemplo según el píxel de seguimiento de un correo. |
| Fallida | Se ha producido un error. La notificación vuelve a la cola y se reintentará en el siguiente ciclo, hasta un máximo de 15 intentos. |
| Cancelada | Han fallado 15 intentos, se ha producido un error crítico del sistema o no ha podido identificarse al destinatario. |
| En proceso | La notificación se ha seleccionado y se está procesando en el ciclo actual. |
