This error may occur when learners are not actively using the learning content on mobile devices for several minutes. This can happen, for example, when learning is interrupted by a phone call.

Cause

Mobile web browsers may put tabs into a power-saving mode to extend the device's battery life or free up memory. If the learning content or the learning management system is put into this mode, the connection is severed. As a result, further communication is no longer possible.

Restore connection

Close the content and then restart it.
