To further support and encourage the learning process, you can enable review mode for training posts in Knowledgeworker Share. This lets learners reopen the course content after completion and view their last attempt and the answers they gave. This article explains how to use review mode.
You can enable review mode for a training post in advanced post editing under Administration > Manage posts > Post search > Edit post > General.
In the Review mode field, you can enable it and decide the conditions under which it applies. If a maximum number of attempts has been set for the post, you can specify that review mode becomes available only when the user has no attempts remaining. Alternatively, you can specify that the course can be reopened in review mode immediately after the first attempt, regardless of the number of remaining attempts.

After completing the course content, learners can start review mode directly from the relevant post in the stream by clicking the "View last attempt" button. If the post is part of a curriculum and was completed there, review mode can also be started from the post in the curriculum.
Once the content has been started in review mode, users can view it again and display the answers given in the last attempt. However, the post cannot be worked on again and questions cannot be answered again.
